A bit more about our gift finding service...
What do you get the person who has everything? Or if not everything, something that’s not just a panic purchase from the high street the day (hour?) before you see them for their birthday/anniversary/leaving party/baptism/wedding?
Put simply, you outsource it to us. I know, I know, but isn’t the point of it that you do the hard work? Not any more. Fear not! We will not wrap your gift with ribbon saying ‘Sarah had no part of this, it’s all thanks to Harriet & Rose that you haven’t got a boring gift or bottle of rubbish hand cream’… no no no no. We will let you take all the credit (all of it!), all we ask from you is a little bit of notice.
What do we mean by notice? A month, ideally. We like to have a bit of time to get a feel for the person you (we) are buying for… we like to send you over some ideas so that you can say yay or nay, and make sure we get precisely the right gift.

How much does your gift finder service cost me?
Nothing. Nada. But (because there is always a but), we do ask for a £20 deposit, deductible against your purchase. If you don’t like our suggestions, this £20 can be transferred to spend on the website should you not like any of ideas. You won’t lose anything (and what you’ll almost certainly get, is lots of brownie points and a gift that no one else has bought them).
How long do you need?
If you want a gift that isn’t on our website, or something personalised or made to order, we like to have at least a month to find it for you (and to make sure it arrives OK, and clears customs etc). If what you need is a gift quickly, well just give us a bit of info, and we can put together a bundle from our existing stock (no deposit required for this, and next day delivery available).
Won’t it cost me extra? What’s in if for you?
Aside from (genuinely) enjoying tracking down original, thoughtful and ethical gifts for you to give, and loving the fact we offer a service that means you don’t have to worry (at all!) about GST, customs and associated hassle (we take care of all that for you, clearing items in advance when needed). Because we have trade accounts with our suppliers, our money is made here. You won’t be able to buy direct for less*.

We’ve got all your gifting needs sorted, and it won’t cost you a penny more.
