Returns and refunds
As with all distance sellers, we have a robust returns policy so that you can ensure that what you order on screen, is exactly what you wanted and thought it would be. We ask that you look at the product descriptions carefully as all dimensions are listed there.
Our online returns policy is different from in-store purchases.
Changing your mind
We hope that you won’t, but you have the right to change your mind about a purchase that you have made.
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return your items to us for a full refund. Goods must be returned to us in full, saleable condition, and, if they are jewellery (earrings) must NOT have been worn. Should your return reach us in less than perfect condition, we will be unable to refund you, and will return the goods to you.
Exceptions:
Personalised items are NOT refundable unless faulty
If you have paid for gift wrapping, this will not be refunded
Postage/delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty
Cards included with any order will only be refunded if returned in re-saleable condition. As they are delivered without a plastic wrapper (in line with our environmental policy) we will use our discretion here but please do take care to ensure that they are not damaged when returned to us.
Faulty items
We’re pretty passionate about our goods arriving to you in perfect condition, so much so that we check them several times during the wrapping and packaging process. If you do find that your purchase arrives in less than perfect condition:
Please notify us as soon as possible via email with a photograph of the fault
Advise us whether you would like a replacement or refund
Return the item to us
Your purchase will be refunded via the payment method that you used.
Gift Returns
Unfortunately we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. This is to protect the security interests of the original purchaser. If you are unhappy with your gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a full refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are at our discretion outside of the 14 day returns policy.
We are only able to deal with the original purchaser to process exchanges.
Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
